These terms apply to your use of the Patchy website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Patchy sells iron-on patches online. You can reach us any time at service@patchy.co. Patchy is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 72945249.
We show every patch and its price as accurately as we can. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable; shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time, and obvious errors (such as a clearly incorrect price) do not bind us.
After you place an order and pay, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment isn’t received.
Payments are handled securely by our payment provider Mollie, which supports methods such as iDEAL and credit or debit cards. We never see or store your full payment details.
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the EU. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Custom patches are made to your own design and specification, so different rules apply to them than to the patches in our shop.
We send you a quote listing one or more options. Clicking Accept offer on that quote page forms a binding agreement to pay 100% of the price of the option you chose. You pay a 20% deposit straight away so production can start, and we invoice the remaining 80% before we ship. A quote can be accepted once, and accepting is final. By accepting you also confirm that you are aware the quoted prices exclude VAT.
Because these patches are made to your specification and are clearly personalised, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. Once you have accepted an offer, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. This does not affect your rights if the patches arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.
Quoted prices exclude VAT and are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.
As a consumer in the EU you may cancel and return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Full details and how to start a return are on our Shipping & Returns page. This right does not apply to custom patches — see Custom patches above.
Your patches should match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right in line with your statutory consumer rights.
We provide our website and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we can’t resolve a dispute together, you can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
