Yes — that is exactly what this page is for. Send us your artwork as a PNG or JPEG and we will turn it into an embroidered patch. Clean, high-resolution artwork with clear edges gives the best result; if your file needs work, we will tell you before we quote.
PNG or JPEG, as large and sharp as you have. A logo exported at a few thousand pixels wide works well. If you only have a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), mention it in the remarks and we will ask you for it by email.
Sew-on is the standard and the most durable. An iron-on layer is easiest for clothing you do not wash at high temperatures. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) is the choice when the patch has to come off and on — single-sided if the soft side is already on your garment or bag, double-sided if you need both parts. Not sure? Leave it on standard and ask in the remarks.
It depends on the size, the quantity and the backing, so we quote each request individually. Larger runs bring the price per patch down considerably. Send the form and you will get a price by email — there is no cost and no obligation.
The minimum order for custom patches is 50 pieces per design. Custom embroidery involves a one-off setup, so below 50 the price per patch is simply not worth it for you. Above that, the more you order the lower the price per patch — we are happy to quote a few quantities side by side.
